Steve Chirhart

Steve specializes in sales and leasing activities representing clients throughout the Twin Cities, Nationally and Internationally through his SIOR and Exis Global connections. Steve co-founded TaTonka Real Estate Advisors in 2006 with Craig Kirkpatrick and together with his partners serve as advisors to tenants and buyers of commercial real estate. His areas of specialization include office, industrial, build-to-suit, investment, land, medical and retail transactions. Steve began his real estate career in1985. Over the years Steve has received numerous awards for his production and commitments to the commercial real estate industry.

In 1996 he served as president of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and was instrumental in bringing the Commercial Exchange on line. Steve was also recognized by his peers as Commercial Realtor of the Year in 1998. In 2013 Steve served as President of the MN Chapter of SIOR, and in 2015 received the Robert Boblett award for his outstanding service, leadership and contributions to the industry and community.
