Neil Schneider

Neil Schneider is a real estate advisor with McCall & Almy.  As Executive Vice President and Principal, Neil’s advisory practice focuses on corporate users on their leasing and acquisition strategies within Greater Boston and Cambridge office markets.  Neil has successfully helped numerous companies accomplish their real estate goals through sound strategic planning and financial analysis.

With over 33 years of real estate experience, Neil has had significant focus in the area of multi-market, portfolio-wide representation across a broad range of industries.   Neil has completed transactions for the firm’s clients in most all major U.S. cities and has significant experience executing leases in the United Kingdom, Ireland, India, Singapore and many other international markets.

In addition to being a fierce advocate for his clients, Neil is committed to giving back to the community, especially through Best Buddies and his alma mater, Trinity College, where he is a member of their Board of Fellows.
