Lee Williamson

Lee Williamson is a Director of Spring4 based in London, United Kingdom. Spring4 is an independently owned commercial real estate consultancy that specialises in advising tenants on complex property matters. Lee provides market leading advice in relation to leasehold acquisitions/restructuring, occupational portfolio consultancy, rent reviews, dilapidations and other professional services. He has experience transacting throughout the United Kingdom and has advised clients overseas in locations such as the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany and others. Lee has a diverse mix of clients which include technology SME’s, established financial companies and FTSE 100 corporations.

Lee holds a Master’s Degree from Cass Business School where he graduated with distinction. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has been with Spring4 for over 8 years. Lee is also the appointed Chairman of the Tenant Representation Advisor’s Society (TRADS) in London which was created to provide training and networking opportunities to tenant representation specialists.
