Joachim Bozorgnia, founder and CEO of the Cresnia Corporation, has more than 15 years’ experience in the tenant representation industry. Joachim has negotiated more than 400 leases and has achieved an average rental rate cost savings of 15% for his clients. Joachim studied economics and marketing. Previously, Joachim worked as a business manager for Sweden’s largest real estate consulting firm, Nai Svefa, building their tenant representation department, an experience that provided him with a breadth of understanding of the industry and clients’ needs that is incomparable.
