Doug Simon
Principal
Doug Simon is one of three principals of Tactix, located in Philadelphia, PA. Doug left the active practice of law to join Tactix and pursue a career in commercial brokerage in 2000 and, including a 5-year stint as an Executive Director for a large national brokerage company, has spent the last 17+ years exclusively dedicated to tenant representation. Doug works with a number of the region’s top corporations, institutions, and partnerships, but has spent the majority of his career managing engagements for law firms and related companies. Past clients include, by way of example, Fox Rothschild, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, Benesch, White and Williams, and Smith Stratton.
Doug has also employed his skills and expertise to assist clients in the legal nonprofit and public interest fields, including: VIP, the pro bono wing of the Philadelphia Bar Association; HAP, the Homeless Advocacy Project; as well as Community Legal Services and Philadelphia Legal Assistance, the largest nonprofit firms providing legal assistance to low-income Philadelphians.
Doug lives in Center City, Philadelphia with his wife, Jessica, their two children, Jordan and Cooper, and their dog, Tashi.
