Daniel Klueger

Dan spent the first 11 years of his career working for one of the global real estate firms in Washington, DC. In his 6th year with the company, he became a Principal of the firm and handled many complex lease and acquisition transactions, along with a national account for a publicly traded company. In that time, Dan has become an expert in creatively reducing costs and increasing flexibility for all of his clients, as well as bringing together the right teams to create branded spaces that act as a recruiting and retention tools for clients. Dan is a graduate from the University of Delaware and holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics, with a minor in International Business, and is now involved with the School of Entrepreneurship and sits on the board of advisors for several locally based technology companies.
