Alan Doak

Alan is a Principal and one of the founding leaders of Proveras and has extensive experience working in tenant representation, commercial development, and real estate advisory services.

Experience

Alan has represented public and private sector clients in the development and leasing of office, commercial and industrial projects. Alan has been a consistent top producer in the Ottawa market and through his career he has acted as agent for large financial institutions; Canada’s largest suburban developer; and, many of Ottawa’s most significant public and private sector organizations.

Expertise

Alan is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), he holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and he is a LEED Green Associate. Alan’s credentials and experience allow him to deliver tenant representation services and consult on all aspects of commercial real estate; including leasing, investment and sustainability.

Alan is an Ottawa native and a graduate of Queen’s University, with a BSC, BA.
