Tactix, formed in 1997, has quickly become the largest, tenant only representation firm in the Philadelphia region. Tactix regularly handles some of the largest, most complex transactions in the Tri-State area for some of the most well-known and respected companies including Fortune 500 corporations, law/accounting and other professional service firms as well as universities and health care systems.

Tactix’s success is due to their unique business model and belief that a broker must be more than a space finder: two-thirds of their professionals have advanced degrees in business or real estate related fields including a large number with law degrees and MBAs. Their three principals were 2011 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalists and one of their principals was named 2014 Broker of the Year in the Tri-State area by the Philadelphia Business Journal (PBJ).
