Parella is an independent, Paris-based commercial real estate advisory firm that has helped businesses in every industry and of every size to strengthen their performance by leveraging their real estate and workplace strategies since 2009. With over 40 professionals exclusively representing tenants and other end users of real estate, our office is led by senior principals who average 20 years’ industry experience at companies like CBRE, JLL, DTZ, AOS Studley or Accenture.
We are applying our experience to corporate head office facilities, industrial spaces or multi-location portfolios across France and internationally and take pride in working closely to deliver integrated corporate real estate services—such as strategic advisory, transaction management (lease acquisition or renewal, sale and lease back, disposals, build to suit …), workspace strategy, fit out design and construction management, valuation, HR and change management, technical survey or lease expense audits.
